Keep history log of the antivirus engines used

Keep an history log of the names of the antivirus engines used by the Universal AV.

Sometimes, an user wants to test various antivirus engines but can't remember the ones he already selected in the past.

Keeping a log of his past antivirus engines selection would allow him not to test the same antivirus engine twice.
